Delete things yourself

In the app you can delete any product, image, ad or post at any time. Deleting removes it and its files from our systems.

Remove Facebook and Instagram data

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram in Pinnacle Drop, or remove the app in Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations, select Pinnacle Drop, Remove. Either way we delete the access key and the Page and account details we received from Meta.

To have everything we received from Meta deleted right away, email us as below and say "Delete my Meta data".

Remove Shopify data

Disconnect your store in Pinnacle Drop (Store settings) or uninstall the app in Shopify. We delete the store's access key, and Shopify's own data deletion requests are carried out automatically.

Delete your whole account

Email support@pinnacledrop.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete your account, your work and connected-account data within 30 days. We only keep what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

If you have an active plan, cancel it first in Account, Billing so you aren't charged again.
