The plan

Pinnacle Drop has one plan, Starter, at $49 a month. It includes 300 AI credits each month, which refill on your billing date. Unused monthly credits don't roll over.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

The free trial

New accounts get a 3-day free trial with 60 credits. You confirm a card when you start, and nothing is charged that day.

When the 3 days end, your card is charged $49 and billed monthly after that, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Extra credits

You can buy extra credits at any time. Bought credits don't expire while your account is open, and they are used after your monthly credits run out.

If an image or ad fails to generate, the credits for it go back to your balance.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from Account, Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Payments already made, including credit top-ups, aren't refunded unless the law requires it. If something went wrong, email us and we'll look at it.

Your content

The stores, products, images and ads you create are yours to use in your business. You're responsible for making sure what you sell and advertise is allowed, including on Shopify and Meta.

AI can get things wrong. Check product details, claims and prices before you publish anything.

Fair use

Don't use Pinnacle Drop to copy other brands' trademarks or logos, break the law, or attack or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Changes

If we change the price or these terms, we'll tell you by email before it affects your next bill.
